The Korea Sustainability Investing Forum (KoSIF) works with partners and collaborating institutions to advance sustainable finance, responsible investment, and corporate sustainability in Korea. Through shared values and practical cooperation, we connect global initiatives with the Korean market and support meaningful change across financial markets, corporate practices, and policy discussions.

Partner Organizations

  • CDP

    CDP is a global non-profit organization that operates the world’s largest environmental disclosure platform for companies, investors, cities, and regions. Since 2008, KoSIF has served as the secretariat of the CDP Korea Committee as the CDP Korea Partner.

  • The Climate Group

    The Climate Group is a London-based multinational non-profit organization established in 2003. It works to accelerate climate action by promoting cooperation between companies and governments worldwide and operates global initiatives such as RE100 (100% Renewable Electricity) and EV100 (100% Electric Vehicles). KoSIF is active as a local campaign partner for RE100 and EV100.

  • PCAF

    The Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF) is a global financial initiative that supports financial institutions in measuring and disclosing financed emissions arising from the management of financial assets. It provides methodologies specialized for each asset class to ensure accurate calculation of financed emissions. KoSIF operates PCAF-Korea as the Korean partner of PCAF.

  • EnergyTag

    EnergyTag is an international non-profit organization that establishes and promotes the Granular Certificate (GC) standard for matching electricity consumption and renewable energy production at granular time intervals. It goes beyond the limitations of existing annual certification systems by creating a market foundation where renewable energy can be supplied in alignment with the actual time and location of consumption. KoSIF, as the official partner of EnergyTag, monitors global regulatory and standard trends related to real-time renewable energy matching and supports proactive responses from domestic stakeholders.

  • SBTi

    The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a climate action organization that enables companies and financial institutions to set greenhouse gas reduction targets in line with the Paris Agreement. It presents criteria for greenhouse gas reduction targets and verifies those targets. KoSIF is active as the SBTi Korea partner.

  • PRI

    The Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) is a global organization that supports investors in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into investment and ownership decisions. It provides frameworks, guidance, and reporting mechanisms to help signatories implement responsible investment practices. KoSIF is active as the PRI Korea Network partner.

Collaborating Organizations

  • AIGCC

    The Asia Investor Group on Climate Change (AIGCC) is an initiative aimed at raising awareness of risks and opportunities related to climate change and the transition to a low-carbon economy, while urging climate action from Asian asset owners and financial institutions. KoSIF collaborates with AIGCC as a member to help advance climate finance.

  • GFANZ

    Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) is a global alliance of financial institutions working to accelerate the decarbonization of the world economy. KoSIF works with GFANZ to support Korean financial institutions’ engagement in global net-zero finance discussions.

  • UN Global Compact Network Korea

    UN Global Compact Network Korea (UNGC-Korea) is a network with over 380 member organizations from businesses, civil society, academia, and other sectors, helping companies fulfill their social responsibilities to realize a sustainable society. KoSIF works with UNGC-Korea on the Corporate Renewable Energy Initiative (CoREi) and the National Assembly ESG Forum.

  • WWF

    World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is the world’s largest non-profit conservation organization, established in 1961 and operating in over 100 countries worldwide. WWF’s goal is to create a future where people live in harmony with nature. To achieve this, it works to preserve biodiversity, promote the sustainable use of renewable natural resources, and raise awareness to reduce environmental pollution and resource waste. KoSIF collaborates with WWF-Korea through the Corporate Renewable Energy Initiative (CoREi).

  • Korea Accounting Institute

    The Korea Accounting Institute (KAI) is an independent private organization that establishes accounting standards and sustainability standards for financial and non-financial reporting in Korea. KoSIF works with KAI to strengthen the foundation for sustainability disclosure in Korea and build implementation capacity among companies and financial institutions.
