2026 CDP Climate Change & Water Security

Korea
CDP has released the 2026 list of companies
requested to disclose. KoSIF(The CDP Korea Committee) is sharing the
Korea-specific information below to help companies confirm whether they have
received a disclosure request covering Climate Change and/or Water Security.
Please review the information below and
refer to the relevant sector-specific list to check your company’s disclosure
request status.
1. How to Check Whether Your Company Has
Received a Disclosure Request
You can check whether your company has
received a disclosure request using the sector-specific lists linked at the
bottom of this page. The lists are organized by sector based on the Global
Industry Classification Standard(GICS).
Companies participating voluntarily in CDP disclosure
in previous years are listed separately under Self-Selected Companies.
Please note:
- • CDP’s 2026 Letter to the Board (LTTB) was officially
sent to requested companies on 15 April 2026.
- • If your company appears on the list but did not receive the
email, please contact the CDP Help Center.
- • The full global list of companies requested to disclose is also
available on the CDP website.
2. Types of Companies Included in the Lists
Companies are classified as follows:
- • Climate Change (CC): Disclosure on
climate change and greenhouse gas emission. Climate change questions are
required for all companies submitting a CDP response
- • Water Security (WS): Disclosure on water-related
disclosure
- • Self-selected companies: Companies
that participated voluntarily in CDP disclosure in previous reporting
years
Please note:
- • Companies may opt in to disclose on Water Security or Forests
even if they have not received a request covering those environmental
issues.
- • Companies requested to disclose on Forests are not
included in the lists below. Please check the Requests section
of the CDP Portal to confirm all environmental issues covered by your
company’s disclosure request.
3. Company Selection Criteria
Companies may be selected for a CDP Capital
Markets disclosure request based on one or more of the following criteria:
- • Revenue and Market Presence
- all publicly listed companies worldwide with annual revenue of
over $20M
- Private companies and corporate bond issuers with annual
revenue of over $150M
- • Environmental impact
- Companies may also be selected based on their environmental
impact. This includes high-emitting companies operating in key sectors.
- • Index Inclusion and Continuity
- Companies included in major global benchmark investment
indices and companies that disclosed through the previous year's CDP
Capital Markets request
- • Self-Selected Companies
- Companies that have voluntarily responded to CDP in previous
years
4. Questions About Your Company’s
Inclusion in the List
If you believe that your company
information or disclosure request status is incorrect, please submit a case
through the CDP Help Center with relevant supporting documentation.

Utilities and Real Estate are three separate GICS sectors presented in one
combined list for ease of reference.
